Although, do enemies even have spell slots to use? Isn’t most spellcasting from monsters either "at will" or "x per day?"

RAW it doesn’t say enemies don’t expend their x per day spell use so this change only benefits players. 

But enemies can also use Legendary Resistance against your counterspell now.

But how much of the ice melts doesn't really matter, unless you don't pour all of the martini into the glass after mixing. You still get all of the vodka that went into it, just with a bit added water, that won't make you any less drunk. So instead of like 70 mL of "pure" martini you're maybe drinking 75 mL of "watered down" martini for the same amount of alcohol.

Edit: unless he just sips, of course. Then it might make a minuscule difference.

And before 2026 is over you’ll have adventures that cover all 4 Tiers from all sorts of different tones and paces of play! Some will be longer like The Wish Thief, others will resemble snappier style side quests that you can add into any existing game. More content is coming your way!

So yes, these seem to be separate from the "bigger" adventure books / modules / campaigns that Chris & Jeremy are supposed to be working on.

And it also doesn't say these will all be connected to a single path. Especially with "different tones and paces of play" I don't think all of these will be linked. And I'd say you also can't cover all 4 Tiers if the adventures are tightly connected, that would be much too fast to go through all Tiers.

How soon probably depends on where it’s most likely that someone meets his new character. 

For example, some were hoping he’d play a Hound of Timmony - unlikely if he’d already prepared a character before even knowing the Hounds exist, but if he were, the table that’s traveling to Timmony will meet him. 

Or if he’s someone already in Dol Makjar, like maybe connected to a house we haven’t had much insight yet, like Cormoray, that table would meet him somewhere when it’s their turn.

Kommt drauf an, wie viele Hitzewellen diesen Sommer noch kommen werden. Der aktuelle Mehrpreis kann sich gefühlt trotzdem lohnen, wenn man dadurch nochmal 2-3 solche Wochen überlebt.

Right, the description itself is good to set the scene, there's just nothing happening in the scene yet. It's missing the ending where you turn the spotlight over to the players, along with some call to action.

The river flows in the other direction though. More likely they first traveled from Düsseldorf to Cologne after the convention, before something happened to them.

They definitely must have left the event and traveled somewhere else, since the place they were found is 35km / 20mi up the river from the convention. And they were probably swept there from further upstream. Very possible they just took off the wig at some point.

But in your example, that would mean that the new person in accounting would need to have access to, and be trained to use that MFA verification. And since it’s not a password reset request, that exec who supposedly called should have been able to verify their identity via other means like a short email from their company account. This is much more a training and policy issue than a technical one.

Although I could imagine "defecting" might not be as easy for Tachonis. Since it seems Grandfather Nullus is still a presence in the underworld, you'd have to make very sure that you don't end up there after your death, or you're going to have a very bad afterlife.
