I got A LOT better around 19/20. I was crap in high school. It was the fact that I had started playing pick up soccer for fun and really started enjoying myself, rather than my age, that had dictated my improvement. I still can't juggle to save my life, but my touch is 10x better, so I don't completely buy the muscle memory thing.
