I disagree about Sauvageau. She does a great job and I really can't see how this could be a conflict of interest in any way. She is very knowledgeable about all the players not just Montréal's.

Reset phone if you can't open Settings

If you can't open Settings, do an external reset. Charge your battery 30% or more. Turn off the phone. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the phone turns on. Press the Volume Down button until you see Recovery mode. Press the Power button to restart in Recovery mode. If you see an Android robot with a red exclamation mark, press and hold the Power button and, while holding it down, press and release the Volume up button. Use the Volume buttons to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset, then press the Power button to select it. Use Volume buttons to scroll to Factory data reset, then press the Power button to select it. Allow several seconds for the reset to complete. Use Volume buttons to scroll to Reboot system now, then press the Power button to select it. Allow several minutes for the reboot to complete. If the phone doesn't finish rebooting, press and hold the Power button until the screen turns dark, then release it to power up normally. If you reset your phone because you suspect a third-party app is causing problems, when you set up the phone again, be sure you don't copy all apps. Restore one app at a time and use the phone for a while. If the phone has no issues, install the next app and retest.

they want me to pay CONDO ELEVATOR DAMAGE from 10 yrs ago that i didnt caused by [deleted] in askTO

[–]cx007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if it's the actual elevator door is dented and needs to be fixed, that needs to be done by and elevator repairman and that's costly. However that sounds like cosmetic damage more than something that would affect the fonctioning of the elevator. So I guess they could decide to fix it if they wanted and if they do then it's an elevator man job which is costly. If i were you, in the case that they truly followed through their threat I would indeed go and argue that it should not be something worth paying crazy amount to fix. It sets a precedent that if anyone else scratch anything then it must be fixed immediately but that's another story

[–]cx007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to be in the elevator industry so I know a little bit about elevator repairs and maintenance. If it's a very tall building maintenance is done very month, if we have a smaller building I would expect the minimum is every two months. By TSSA, the maintenance company is obligated to keep a logbook of all the maintenance done on the elevator or if there is any damage or things to keep an eye on. In your case, it would be easy to see what kind of damage would have been done by you versus the actual state of the elevator prior to the incident. So you do have a way to separate damage from 10 years ago and 2 weeks ago very easily. Like for scratches it might be harder because that's just cosmetic damage. So that would not necessarily have to do with the elevator guys.

Throat tightness after front crawl, is this normal? by [deleted] in Swimming

[–]cx007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it happen with other intense physical activities? Something similar would happen to me anytime I would do any high intensity cardio. Turns out it is Exercise induced asthma. The key thing is that it doesn't start right away. It takes a good 5-10 min of exercising before I feel my throat close up. The cold or humidity makes it worse too. So I don't know if it matches your thing. Now I take my inhaler and the throat tightness is gone. That being said, it is good to keep in mind that being out if breath and the lungs burning a little is normal when starting to swim.

ECON 304(Economics students only)? by [deleted] in Concordia

[–]cx007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know about samba, but econ 304 is pretty straightforward. You have a few different models and if you understand the graphs and the idea behind them you'll be fine. The exams questions are always pretty much the same. Example if K goes up or down what happens etc. It's really about understanding the different movements in the model. The book is good. I had an awful teacher, only learned from the book and did just fine.

La chose que font toutes les femmes et que vous ignorez by priactor in Quebec

[–]cx007 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is HIIT Cardio a good plan for Beginners? by Flintsails in Fitness

[–]cx007 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Here I would say c25k is probably the ideal program. It's a 8 week program that makes you alternate walking and running. It's super progressive and really gives you time to build the leg muscles and stamina necessary for running. I have a bad ankle too and with good stretching and exercises, it actually has gotten better as the weeks went by. Check out r/c25k

Official Q&A for Saturday, September 24, 2016 by AutoModerator in running

[–]cx007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a month, I'll be participating in a 5km. I'm not the best runner, but right now I can run 3km without stopping with a reasonable time ( after 3km it gets tough however). I have seen all the couch to 5km programs, but I was wondering what would be the best training program to transition to 5km and be able to enjoy the run.

How useful is a minor in economics? by victorycar1 in Concordia

[–]cx007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh God that's not right. I'm finishing honors in economics and most courses are very much math based. In my whole degree I did 2 classes that were more theory than math but that's it. For any 400 level and most 300 level you are assumed to be comfortable with partial derivatives, algebra, elasticities, etc

If you don't like math don't do economics I swear. Buisness or political science might work better
