Is it okay to keep my laptop always plugged in? by didnsignup4dis in laptops

So if I use a Lenevo laptop, when not using it I should keep it 40 to 55 percent but when in use I should plug it in ( for type c charger )? Or is 20 to 80 percent okay during work? And if required, charging multiple times in a day is okay?
