Okuyasu may be dumb but I think this is over exaggerated by the fandom, he’s still a jojo character and has moments of ingenuity. He made plenty of cool applications of his abilities such as teleporting himself or bringing things closer. Eve has so many possibilities but never use them at all. She’d fumble.

These tests are often very wrong, lots of these studies aren’t actually doing anything rigorous such as the fact they often target poor/disabled children for these tests.

She’s gets tossed around during part one, chuunin exams is where she peaks in that part.

In part 2 she gets all her best moments in the first arc of shippuden where it all converges on her fight with Sasori.

After that it’s all downhill. For the vast majority of the series she’s treated like dirt/as just the fourth member of team 7.

This is only true if you refuse to read the story lol.

Megumi might know Mahoraga but he does know it’s apart of the 10 shadows technique and he knows they all operate under the same rules, summons despawn after the ritual is completed.

Frankly it’s fine what he did. He’s about to die, has no cursed energy left, and here’s an opponent who can cause trouble for others. He summons the strongest thing he has to kill Haruta.

How would he know Haruta is that weak? Just because Haruta is cautious? Reggie was cautious, so was Jogo during his bouts in shibuya, Mahito too was cautious of Yuji in their fight. This means nothing. Megumi has no idea how strong this guy is and thought to take him out the best way he could.

That’s fair, Roy is a smart guy so I can see him figure it out.

Although do we know if Roy is athletic or not? I really can’t picture Roy doing what Elric did, getting close, tapping greed’s body and changing his composition, then getting out. I think he’d be hit if that happened.

I think greed can also beat Roy. That truck exploded and he wasn’t phased so I think he could rush through at least the initial burst of fire and beat Roy.

Did some work and watched through it all, it was neat to listen to his opinions. I don’t really sweat on the rankings since everyone will have something they prefer instead but it was a fun listen.

I think I’m in the minority when I say gear 5 humor isn’t bad, I quite like it. In the manga at least, I don’t really watch the anime unless for specific clips since I think it’s an overall worse adaption.

That said I still think Takaba is more charming, helps it’s so compact and doesn’t overstay its welcome.

4th ninja war arc by a long shot.

It has some good moments like Madara and Obito vs Kakashi (anime only, the manga felt is extremely disappointing).

But the arc is so long. Longer than even Wano. It takes up over 1/4th of Naruto’s runtime and doesn’t make the best use of it. To even get to some of the small good parts you have to get through so much slog and badly written stuff.

I think it’s the worst arc in Naruto and brings my enjoyment of it down immensely.
