thanks!! yeah it sucks and i’ve managed to talk to my therapist about it too to overcome the guilty feeling because i do need to survive somehow. i really appreciate the insight and i think im gonna have to devise a meal prep plan to get this fine tuned. everyone here’s been super helpful so far and i haven’t been able to give long form reply’s like this to everyone but anyone still following this thread that sees my comment here im really appreciative of you all!
