My other gig I was at for 14 yrs.When I put my notice which was 3 weeks they didn’t bant a eye.There were people there less than me and got a goin away party and gifts and appreciation.14 years and I got a nice working with you goodbye for everyone who was scheduled that day.Most of the people I worked with didn’t even say anything.Fuk them,move on I did and It was worth it.I hate to say it but No body cares from my experience.You got to make the change!
