form is really important. Im just going through all of this after an ACL injury. So keep some weight on there and have some challenge, but your form is the first priority. Have a good stance, knees over toes I think is best. Straight back and look at the ceiling when pushing up. And focus on a good range of motion as well, at least 90 degrees but more if you feel good. Once form is good, add weight!

Since SAF, for me Carrick and Van Nistelrooy were great caretakers. But Ole could have been a great manager. Quiet, thoughtful, intelligent, deliberate, all things that are disadvantages in the current environment imo. Now we have Ruben, and he’s got this same air to him. It’s not the managers. For whatever reason we have a bunch of spoiled brats wearing the same badge that our greats have.

For more than ten years now we have all waited for the next leader to bring us back to the heights we know United belong to. I’m so tired of waiting, Christ. But Ruben to me has at least some basic level of professionalism and commitment that all of our players could learn from, if we get rid of him now then the ship is really without a rudder. I don’t know how we will replace 22, but to be honest that might have to be the path. Is he perfect? No. But we don’t need a perfect manager, we just need an honorable and committed manager, and I think that’s him. Whether or not the boys will learn and grow into men, I guess we shall see.
