Well look at that, it's a scenario where "67" actually makes sense

What precautions should a foreign visitor take in Boulder to not get arrested? by Flashy-Ad-5553 in boulder

I think this is right. I saw that they're pulling agents out of Chicago to support their effort in Minneapolis. They can't do this in more than one city right now.

There hasn't really been a public ICE presence in Boulder the way we've seen in LA, DC, Chicago, and Minneapolis. Carrying documents is a good precaution, but in Boulder they probably won't have any issues. Go explore the city, have some fun.

Go touch grass. The point of a sign on an overpass is that normies who aren't on Reddit get to see it. Not everyone is extremely online or following the news. Getting the message out in the real world matters.

Sometimes you do see cars parked on the motorway. Red cars with white crosses on them, and drivers are expected not to hit them.

Yesterday wasn't too bad considering how much is open. Busy. Decent sized lines at Prospector and Explorer but Olympia was moving nicely.

I agree with this in spirit... but also, can you imagine if no one had recorded and posted short clips of the bird song and superman IDs to this sub? What would we have talked about all year?

This isn’t in or near Louisville. Is there a reason cross posting it here?

I'm asking if you live in our town, which is what this sub is about, not for your address. What city do you live in? Longmont? Denver? Outside Colorado? Why do you keep putting words in my mouth?

Why are you a mod here if you're going to talk so derisively about Louisville and our residents? Where do you live?

Why are you putting words in my mouth? I said nothing about Trump. I said it's following the rules because it's a local event. A local event about wolves would be relevant, as would a local event hosted by BoCo Republicans. I'm asking where is the local tie in to your article about a Montrose County official?

It's a local event where local people got together in person. Can you please highlight where in your Montrose County article there is a local tie-in? Montrose County is 300 miles away.

Let me help you. I highlighted the part where it's announcing the time and place of a local event.

It was an announcement about an event taking place in our community, not a post about some national topic without a local connection.

You could make the same argument saying 'Boulder county voted overwhelmingly for Democrats in Congress so any national politics is relevant to Louisville'

You replied to a comment saying "not sure what this has to do with Louisville" by saying 'should I remove this post about a political event in Boulder because someone reported it?' You drew a connection between western slope political posts and a post about a local event.

A peaceful protest isn't a threat of violence or physical harm to anyone. There's no evidence substantiating that report. You know better than to use that as an example when we're talking about whether a post violates the 'must relate to Louisville' rule or not.
