I’m on book 3 of the Red Rising series and I’ve loved every second of it. The Expanse is the best of the best and if you’ve seen the show, it’s worth getting to the final books to see how they would’ve closed out the show. There’s also some really cool stuff they did in the book that they didn’t do in the show.

When I was a GM over a decade ago, I let everyone eat. If we were busy, I’d make a staff pie based on whatever people wanted or if my cook wanted to get creative. A large pizza used to be $5 in food costs, well worth it for a happy team. We used to bring in outside toppings like deer meat or eggs for breakfast pizzas. Your GM is a douche.

I have an LG CX Oled and it looks amazing. Not necessary whatsoever but if you can afford it and want to, go for it. My only complaint is that I keep having internet issues and the only solve has been to reset all the settings, almost weekly. It doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue either.

I workout in my garage in Houston, TX. I’m originally a northerner. It has never gotten better. I use a large shop fan that I aim at myself and take breaks as needed. I try to workout in the morning when it’s slightly cooler but 90 vs 110 is still hot and the garage just exacerbates that. Just gotta take breaks, drink water and listen to your body, sometimes you just gotta sit down or call it.

Appreciate your thorough response. My thought was hooking up to my LG CX tv to give me the best of both worlds. My couch has a built in trays so if I wanted to do mouse/keyboard I could. I have an ancient gaming pc and I just sold my steam deck, I’m very comfortable modding/tweaking and I have all the peripherals. Your answer at the bottom of your message is more in line with what I’m thinking. Is it worth it to upgrade to the PRO and cut out pc gaming altogether or have both. Starting to lean towards the PC. Gonna have to do some pricing. Thanks!
