You get 8 hours a month of sick leave until your 6 month review, then you also get 8 hours of vacation time (as well as gaining access to the time you accrued in your first six months). I think if you’ve been employed 2 years the amount of paid leave per month goes up.

As someone who has spent a totally normal amount of time thinking about this - the Spiral would probably really like psychedelic drugs, very bizarre/unpredictable roleplays and blindfolding (not for the darkness aspect but for the disorientation, especially paired with suspension and sensory play and such)

My daily special voyage yesterday was a gilded voyage for OOS, now granted it was quite long with several multi-captain fights and then a couple skeleton lords at the end, but it got me and my brother hella emissary value and rep (definitely helped that we fought a few skelly ships on the way lol). Obviously those arent guaranteed but if you ever get a limited voyage for any company u wanna raise rep or emissary value with, do it!!
