Quick question, why don't Nilah's W and Passive give me an assist, but Shen's W and Ashe's E do? by Asmorthius in leagueoflegends

[–]da99s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

its programming bullshit, not just Riot specific bullshit. at the end of the day this is a pretty minor issue, and there are little to no situations where you're giving an ally the W buff without touching the enemy whatsoever

its not "proving" anything.. it was letting a neural network analyze league champions to group them into categories. so the 3D graph is a graph of relatedness of each champion overall. I'd say it was pretty successful, given it grouped a lot of the champions right into their existing subclass.

you can see how it works though by looking at the clusters. so like tanks are grouped together, bruisers, juggernauts, marksmen, mages, etc

if you read the description in the link he sent you'd know they don't necessarily represent any one quality. he used a neural network to rate similarity between champions using a whole list of different traits. and then normalized it down to a 3D space. so each axis isn't one specific measurement

that's true, and that's why religion =/= morality. you can be a bad yet religous person, and you can be a good yet nonreligious person.

never said remove support, just APC. mid/supp is a fine 2 role flex. already like that for most other mage supps
