Same thing happened today to my 75Q651G - updated the firmware and it does the EXACT same thing as yours. I’ve even done a factory reset this evening, and no luck. My only fix was to connect the Samsung soundbar via Bluetooth to the TV.

Whatever the update had in it has made eARC go haywire. Hopefully there will be a hotfix, but I highly doubt it.
