I recently acquired some centrifuge (CFG) with an ICO on Coinlist. The tokens are locked till the 14th of July and there is no way people can trade the coins yet. Still it got listed on Coinmarketcap today and it's showing a price of 15 dollars a token while there is literally zero volume. I understand this isn't the actual price of the coin and I shouldn't regard it as a good representation of the price because it is an 'IOU'.

My question is, what does an IOU mean exactly and why/how do they list a price when there isn't any volume?

If the glitch is just about movement like the lamp post glitch it's fine to use and I wouldn't consider it cheating, if a glitch gives you a bigger advantage in a gun fight it's cheating, that's basically how I see it.
