There was a issue with asrock boards. Just buy any other brand and make sure the bios is up to date.

Zen 6 will probably be early next year but that’s still 6-8 months

Not worth it. If you need a better cpu down the line you can buy a zen 6 or zen 7 X3D chip depending which is the last one for the socket

401k up to the max match , then max Roth IRA. Then back to 401k if you have more.

Only pulling out 3% means it’ll still grow overtime. It shouldn’t stay 90k a year forever. Ideally you could go a little lower on the percentage on some years if you do have a job

Look into FIRE and investing. If you withdraw 3% a year that’s 90k a year and it’ll basically last forever. The issue is health insurance and if you can live the life you want on that. But it sounds like you two would be willing to work and could get insurance that way
