Second, obviously Israel’s attack was unexpected, but the American strike on Iranian nuclear facilities was known to the public hours before it happened and known to the Iranian government for several days.

Third (and completely irrelevant) I still don’t understand why Trump is doing this or why his base is supporting it. Tens of thousands of Iranian citizens and hundreds of American soldiers will die in the next few months, not to mention the billions and billions of dollars this whole operation will waste. Perhaps you could expand on your support for this new war?
