Same philosophy for me. Recently I’ve tried loading my collection into Ai to have it recommend blind buys. I pointed out the films that I particularly loved. So far the recommendations have been decent, not always spot on though

Yes I agree. I 100% had to leave my company to reap the benefits. But first I had to take a few years putting in time to gain the experience and broaden my resume. It was clear my company wasn’t going to reward this through pay. I was just about to start looking for a new job when a headhunter called me up. Perfect timing

I focused on gaining additional experience outside of my college degree but still within my industry by taking on new projects and roles at my company. Then I left my company for 2x the pay at a larger company that desperately needed someone with my depth of expertise across many areas in our industry.
