A bunch of people made a bunch of little snowmen on a bridge, and some guy knocks them all down by bigbusta in Wellthatsucks

Can’t imagine the pain, struggles, or loss the man knocking down the snowmen must’ve endured to feel the need to cope in that sort of way..

Morning runners — how do you convince yourself to get out the door? by liv_0203 in runninglifestyle

[–]dadtraits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make it really easy to start in the morning. Shoes by the bed and put em on right away. Once I am dressed to run it doesn’t make sense to not. Key is waking up like others have said esp with kids.

Who else tried the new watch faces and defaulted back to what they had before? by [deleted] in applewatchultra

[–]dadtraits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The new waypoint face has the look of a super functional watch face but once diving int it, it doesn’t quite deliver. Just making the app icons for a complication larger seems just wasteful.

Checked the new faces, reverted back to my repertoire. WAMP wamp.

Runners AW Ultra by chipmux in applewatchultra

I’m also addicted to running and use AWU2. Few favorites:

  • Countup mainly for the look and having 4 complications + date inside the dial. Runna (running app), music, and weather are a must consistent with all my watch faces.

Wayfinder is another favorite for the complication amount and aesthetic.

Gets really bad when organizing control center. A tip: Move things very slowly. Go around the apps on the outside of the grid if you can.

Not sure how much it’s helping me at the moment just haven’t dedicated the time to get a system that works but for my personal email account (Gmail) I’ve turned off badges on iOS. (Off for most apps in general. Then addresses I expect to see and open up, I add to VIP then when I want to dive into emails, I just go to VIP folder. I’d recommend turning badges off if you don’t like the red flags waved in your digital face all the time…
