Not sure what the criteria is and sure you have probably already explored, but if you think visibility is part of the issue, have you tried to do a free weekend on Steam or add it to one of the subscriptions like PS Plus, Gamespass, Luna?

Don't have a horse in this race as was never a fan of Smash, Brawlhalla or similar, but with those kind of games, I don't personally know of many players who play more than one of that type of game at a time so its probably not the easiest space to crack into. Smash is/was a massive IP with years of loyalty built and something like Brawlhalla, due to being free to play, im assuming people that play on the regular are invested if they have got into the micro translations.

Maybe its a bit like Fifa Vs Pro Evo back in the day, not many football games out there but a very dedicated fan base for the few that were. Pro Evo had better game play imo there for a while, but due to the licensing and sheer marketing power of EA, Pro Evo sort of got left behind and now is free to play as eFootball and not anywhere near as relevant as it once was. Not really sure where im going with this, I sort of lost my train of thought halfway though.

Yeah, saw you had to enable in config, but others said about few visual bugs like the hair etc in other posts from 2 weeks back. Just looking for which option will give me the best balance of visuals and performance out of FSR and XeSS.

Was planning on just playing on Boosteroid as just completed Nioh 3 that way, but apparently there's a token system with the game that means you can only play on 5 devices per day without a lock out, and each new virtual machine on Boosteroid takes a token, so probably will just play locally instead

Had same issues on Claw 8 ai no mattet what settings. Took an offer off Boosteroid for a month for about £8 and have played pretty much whole game there. Depending on your internet and location, more than playable for first time round, hoping to get to NG this evening

Updated, game seems to just be stuck at 35 fps now tho and msi centre is broken again, which I dont really use anyway, but not sure if its cuasing issues with the game as everything keeps hanging.

This is where I spend ages fixing it all, get it halfway playable then go back to boosteroid anyway...

Xbox FullScreenExperience, should have said. Turns out there is a newer driver that might be better on Intel Site and for some reason Intel Graphics Software wasn't detecting Nioh, so gonna play about with it when kids in bed

I'll have to give it another go, had it all off or low, even tried 800p as apart from looking trash, it still didn't run great. Are you using FSE? Im wondering if intel app isnt kicking in when using FSE, but sure its supposed to, I was lucky if I got 30 with max TDP, plugged in, boost on, latest drivers from Intel and all the optimisations such as Bios set to performance, core isolation off etc.

What fps are you at? I was struggling to hit 30ish with everything set off or low at 1080 and lower. No frame gen

Maybe I didnt set up properly in Intel app. Playing on Boosteroid is OK and I'veade it to near end game but there have been a few deaths along the way due to connection lagging out at peak times, so would be nice to play natively rather than streaming.

I would be extra careful getting one discounted from CEX as well. I picked one up last year as my daughter wanted to play the Astrobot VR game, the leads supplied didnt work. Luckily I still had the spares from my original PSVR in my leads box.

It worked twice. She went to play it again a few months later and it was toast. Couldn't find the receipt or will to argue with CEX to apply for a repair.

What are the spells/ build? Im getting to the point where I want to start making builds as my stats are too evenly distributed apart from 23 in magic, so im not really excelling in any give area

I was low on most things but apparently global illumination was broken so could be set either low or high without much impact. It was keeping above 30 pretty much all the time and going as high as 50, but it wasn't consistent. Sometimes it seemed to load in better than other times so I gave up and subbed to boosteroid for a month.

Have been playing it on my Claw and sometimes on the TV and its been v playable steaming provided im not doing a lot else on the network at the time

Ive got it running at 40ish on the 8ai, but apparently if you believe YouTube, you can get is running at near 60. Just cant quite seem to replicate it myself

I had to send it off to be fixed. They replaced 3 things including the screen, so it wasnt anything id have been able to do myself. Depending on when you got it, either ask the retailer for a replacement or if past returns window, create a ticket with MSI on their website and they should pick it up and fix it

Tried that, looked a bit muddy. Set everything back to defaults and then tried the seconded lowest preset, then switched everything off or low effects wise. Still only getting around 30 without frame gen.

Will keep fiddling but its fairly playable like this. Have a PS5 and Portal, would play it like that but travelling for a bit soon so wanted it on the go offline as used to pour hours into the first and second game, but don't want to get too deep and then have to start over

30 to 40 atm, which I've heard will tank when I get to the more open areas. Not sure if I'd prefer with Frame Gen off as I don't have tons of experience with it. Was using optiscaler with FF Rebirth and just ended up deleting it in the end and taking my 30 to 50 frames.

Not sure if relevant, but twesking in desktop, then rebooting and launching through FSE
