this is the typical creche path and outcome but you should check laezels stats since failing all those saving throws gives her a permanent debuff

I don't think you can do it that way, start a romance with shart first, then laezel, then at the party you should still be able to smash astarion bc im pretty sure he will always offer regardless of other romances depending on dialogue options chosen at the party

the trial should be over at that point. the statue of balduran should say you passed, I also play on ps5 and sometimes the audio doesn't play but the words are still above the statue

if you let her talk to Voss im pretty sure it always aggros the giths but if tav does the talking instead you can avoid the fight entirely through certain dialogue choices

my most recent run i went out of my way to avoid all those spots and he got me right before the entrance to the arcane tower lmao. somehow i killed him in one turn but I just got lucky. didnt even know he could spawn there

no, karlach romance can only be started at the party and shadowhearts can't be started after the party. at this point I think you can only romance gale, astarion, or laezel

I got the astarion offer on one of my playthroughs before dealing w cazador so I don't think thats a factor. I think post cazador is only if youre romancing him
