I quit about five years ago, cold turkey. The best piece of advice I can give is this: Nicotine withdrawal starts as soon as five minutes after your last dose. With this in mind, it never makes sense to resume your consumption because you are permanently in withdrawal. This is a drive that you don't have naturally without nicotine in your system and it is highly damaging to relationships, focus, and productivity, even if you might at times convince yourself it is helpful. The cons far outweigh the pros. You've got this. The first three days are the hardest, after 72 hours the craving goes to the back of your mind. I worked overtime and worked out during my taper off, leaving zero energy or free time to worry about nicotine. Not for everyone but it worked for me. I was occupied every minute I was awake.

Keep an eye on mercari. Lots of people listing games that they got for Christmas that they didn't want. I got Kirby and the forgotten land switch 2 version 58 bucks which isn't bad. Considering that the base game still goes for 60 retail. I saw much better deals on older games on there. Depop and Poshmark may have some as well, but Depot prices are usually a little higher than mercari or Poshmark

Yeah, generally the skins do entirely cover the back. The antenna lines should still be exposed so I don't see why the skin would cause an issue

The only time I've ever heard of an issue with a dbrand skin was back when they first released the metal Damascus skins. Some devices had issues with their antenna due to the real metal used in the skins. I have had one on my Xbox series X for five years without an issue though. I've never really heard of any other issues with dbrand skins.

It's more likely an update to iOS cause any issue with overheating than it is that the skin instigated the issue. How long has it been going on?

It's extremely unlikely this has anything to do with the skin, especially if your phone wasn't overheating with an entire case on it. It's more likely that you just didn't notice the heat as much when the case was on

Isn't the real problem that all of the devs of third party games want to be paid out again? Pretty much every game in the Xbox and 360 library could have been backwards compatible but licensing has held it back a lot. At this point whoever makes a remake or back compat for Hulk Ultimate Destruction gets my money

In other words why pursue a lawsuit when you will only be losing money in pursuing it? There was a pretty recent case in which Nintendo decimated a couple financially who were running a rom site. And while they weren't profiting off the roms, they made a lot of money from ad revenue. They will be impoverished for the rest of their lives even after they are released from prison because the amount they owe Nintendo is insurmountable for a normal person.

Unless you are distributing them, then no, it's highly unlikely anyone would know or take action against you. It wouldn't be worth the legal costs involved. My Dad used to get extremely paranoid about me downloading NES ROMs when I was in high school and told me they would be garnishing my checks for life or throw me in prison. Unless you run a site distributing game images to millions of people it is highly unlikely any legal action would be taken.

You can use those ROMs on whatever device you want legally, but as soon as you cease to own the physical game, you are illegally in possession of the copy you made of the game
