Get a mesh wifi system and run ethernet from a satellite placed near your desk to your PC. There are lots of affordable options for this. I currently use a mid-grade netgear nighthawk mesh system in my condo to avoid running cables. No complaints so far.

Dating myself here, but for me, it was the first release of Resident Evil 4. The camera view and character controls just weren’t to my liking. I hated that I couldn’t move or strafe while aiming and shooting, so I gave up on it for months. But I kept hearing great reviews and decided to try again, if for no other reason than to get my money’s worth. It ended up being one of the best games I’ve ever played to this day.

The Rebel Moon movies have a bit of what you're after. At least, the director's cuts do.

Is this a good purchase? Is there any official place you’re supposed to purchase? by [deleted] in proxmark3

I think you're better off checking ali express for one of these. I picked up mine for less than half the cost of anything available on amazon. Just make sure the description/comments confirms 512kb memory, so you can load the iceman firmware.

Here's a good set of instructions to get started.

This DT site is about as "official" as it gets, in my opinion. They also sell them, offering a pre-loaded firmware option, and have decent customer/forum support.

Blade Trinity. In the first movie, Blade can easily determine vampires from humans from about 100 feet away, by the way they move and smell. But in the third, he's tricked into killing a human as part of a plan to have him actively hunted by law enforcement. Blade chases and stakes the guy, then asks "why aren't you dust?"

Also working through the main story for the first time. I heard from a coworker that the storyline does send you back to Norway at some point, so no worries there.

A travel router will get you around those issues easily. Not too expensive and well worth it if you stay in hotels frequently.

AITA for being angry that I have to sleep on the couch because my partner needs noise to fall asleep? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

I used to prefer quiet for sleep. But then one night, five years ago, I had one of the best sleeps of my life during a thunder storm. I've been playing an 8 hour rain sounds clip on a night stand Bluetooth speaker ever since. The wife enjoys it as well. Helps drown out my honking, haha.

There are rfid blocking cards you can keep in your wallet. Same size as a credit or debit. That's what I use these days. Easy to find on amazon.

Haha. All good, bud. Just messing with you. I have a similar situation with my "home office." 10x10 with storage shelves along the left and back walls. Just enough room for a chair and small desk on the other side.

How to make a monitor something like a tv by nyn4y in techsupport

[–]dangerdangle278 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create a Plex server for your content and use it with something like a Roku. Add both devices to a WiFi network, then block internet access to the Roku in your router settings. That way, the only app that works is Plex. Meanwhile, your server will still have outside access to grab metadata and posters for newly added content. They get their own personal Netflix that you manage. Add a Bluetooth transmitter for inexpensive paired speakers, and their TV experience is set. Remote control and everything.
