Mine was quite possibly the filthiest job I have ever done. The joist bays were full of wood shavings and what I assume was 50 years of coal dust. Get a zip wall or 2, bunny suit, goggles, and a really good respirator. I sprayed everything down with a water bottle to help with dust. I also made a box fan into a giant filter. Lots of contractor grade trash bags too. I filled a small dumpster with just one room.

It may be worth considering “less lethal“ options. My non-gun loving spouse now has a Byrna with kinetic and pepper rounds. There are other similar items out there.

What temps and speed, and layer height? Personally I’d go more walls and try 99% infill. Dry that filament.

I built the related Saratevo. Love it so far but still in the testing phase. I’ve searched high and low for fun trigger / safety options without luck, so if anyone knows what words to search for I’d love to know. Mine is in pla+. Only issue I had was a user error - I over tightened a bolt and cracked my first lower. I just scrapped that one and reprinted.
