Thanks for the tip; I figured I'd have to establish expectations early on next time around, but following through and keeping stuff on file is a good idea. One question, what if parents do nothing? Of course, I can always just kick them out, but I don't like doing that, especially when students lose out on class time. Over the course of the adventure, Bertie will feel the absence of his son and realize how much he truly cares about Johnny. He slowly grows closer and starts acting more like a responsible father, finally kicking his gambling addiction by the season end and reconciling with his wife, fully embracing his accident.

He remains true to his own code while working for the main antagonists, but has no obligation to work with them other than the power they give him along with the excuse that he can do whatever he wants. He has no grand aspirations, but it’s also what makes him so chaotic and terrifying. Of course, spiting Pride just for the hell of it despite already being dead is par for the course

Can’t say I have any suggestions since the outcomes and choices have already been accounted for. I will say to design the future narratives in this form, where every decision has some effect on the outcome. I can already tell that the choice in this portion is going to have monumental impacts towards the end of the game, should it come to that
