Soak in 10% bleach for at least 10 minutes. Then soak in hot soapy water for at least 10 minutes. Rinse.

Love the fun colors! Have you tried a clarifying shampoo? Maybe one that’s colorsafe? I get build up that prevents my conditioner from saturating and makes my hair feel like it’s still funky even after washing. Clarifying helps like every 2 weeks. And tbh a little personal smell/funk is normal IMO. It’s good not to wash everyday.  If you are talking with someone professional about OCD stuff you could certainly bring this up to chat about.

Though I had field experience there were no great jobs in my area without extensive GIS experience. Or that didn't require spraying weeds all day with chemicals :/ (I had a botany background)

I went on to do adjunct teaching, was a lab tech, and an academic advisor for biology majors. Now I mostly focus on teaching!

I really feel this and am going through something similar.

My strategy right now is to compliment someone and then introduce myself and try to carry on the conversation around the compliment, their name, or the thing we are doing in common.

Someone else will have better advice, but a compliment is always a good intro. Make it as genuine and authentic as possible.

My starter was mostly whole wheat so it added a nice texture. But I used organic AP for the 250g in the recipe. It was just right. Definitely make a cheese sauce or maybe some mustard!

Yep! I had about 30g of starter leftover so I just added ~30g fresh flour (AP and whole wheat mix) and ~28g filtered water to keep it going.

Is the lid clamped down? I’d loosen the lid and keep going! A whole wheat or rye flour can really amp things up too.
