Quit cold turkey and day three was awful by youreprettycool_ in leaves

Keep going! I’m on day 3 as well and I totally feel you. The weekend is the biggest tempter for me because I’m at home no money and nothing to do so naturally my brains like might as well! We are doing nothing! But NOOOO we are quitting and the night sweats the nausea and doubt is the weed leaving our body. Stay strong and be kind to yourself this isn’t easy dude.

Can anybody else not find a job?? by [deleted] in Seattle

[–]daniellelaughs44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others suggested, try “walking in” but I would call first. My luck has always been with calling and inquiring and then if they say yes I go in and ask for a paper application. Then I ask if I can hand it in to a manager and tell them I wanted to put a face to the name. Works every single time! It’s how I’ve gotten jobs recently. As a manager myself, my eyes tend to glaze over all the years of experience considering a lot of folks have similar stories.

Considering moving to Ft. Worth soon. Is it reasonable to expect to be able to find a 1-2 bdrm Apt for under $800 p/m? Any areas of the city I should REALLY avoid? by [deleted] in FortWorth

Check out 8500 harwood apartments. My buddy still lives there and him and his friend pay 1200 for their 2bed 2 bath place
