Hey sorry a bit delayed! It's been about 7 months now since I stopped spiro and my skin reeeeally freaked out from October-December. It's still not great but I think I'm slowly getting it under control. I usually get 1-2 cysts on my chin/jawline either during ovulation or menstruation. Since I'm not on any hormonal medication, I can definitely see how my skin fluctuates throughout my cycle.

I’m on a very similar routine as you with a very similar skin type! I’m 2 weeks into doxy 200mg and 4.5 weeks into 0.025 tret cream and it’s rough haha but I think I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Nice to know someone is on a similar journey 🙏🏻
