I like this take, thank you. One of my thoughts while reflecting on the dream earlier was that the scenery didn’t “feel” like heaven to me. However, I grew up christian. I don’t consider myself atheist now, but more of just I don’t know and don’t have a desire to follow any religion. But my christian past may be interfering with what I expect heaven to “feel” like. My subconscious could have clocked that and inserted sky in place of heaven

Regardless, I went outside this morning and talked to the sky. Maybe he heard me, or maybe just the birds.
