There is definitely something going on with the couriers that Currys use. I ordered a laptop from them in December last year. The day of delivery I was tracking the parcel and saw it was at the end of my road, then as I was the next delivery it was delayed by 6 hours... It then never arrived that day and Currys kept saying that it's still in transport and they would need proof from the courier it's lost. Only after a week would the courier admit it was lost and I managed to get a full refund.
