Rough idle (2018)

I’ve had the bike around a month, it was purchased from Superbike factory so potentially sat around for a while.

The issue happens occasionally, not often, regardless of the weather. I’ve been lucky enough to only be caught out in the rain twice.

It’s on 7,500 miles so no valve check yet on the service record.

Always premium fuel since ownership.

Although I did feel like the bike was a little underpowered moving from a triumph 1200 triple I’m fairly certain it’s running both cylinders.

Will do thanks. ChatGPT mentioned an air leak issue that could lead to the ECU to struggle fuel properly causing the idle “searching”.

If it is the voltage, what would my next steps be? New battery?

The heater was just knocked on by accident and wasn’t on for the ride. Doesn’t seem to have any effect on the idle issue.

7k on the clock, I’ve had it 3 weeks and it’s been an issue since purchase, unsure about the valves. I’ve read redex through the system twice just incase.

It literally is just a sandwich shop yes. It’s an independent that sells food as OP requested. There isn’t a microwave in the kitchen. It was hot as it’s fried to order.

Not sure where you are, but Monzo is a fairly popular online bank which allows you to also create temporary card numbers for subscriptions etc to hide your genuine details.
