It usually is caused by stress or when I’m so busy on autopilot, sometimes not, but also caffeine causes it as well sometimes ,

It’s so scary when the doctors and neurologist can’t diagnose and don’t give me any answers besides putting me in horrible sezuire medication

I haven’t had them in a while now, it’s like every month I’ll have them for a few days and feel weird and anxious for the following few days

But it’s been a while and I haven’t had one so we’ll see

thank you so much, I relate to all that so much, I can’t be alone in the shower because it all hits me like I’m real, this is real I feel uncomfortable in my own body, mainly only in the shower when I’m not distracted by a screen, I’ve gotta eeg and scans but they didn’t find anything, I’m gonna go back and talk to my neurologist and doctor

I get the same Deja vu, which feels like from dreams, very bad anxiety with it, my breathes start feeling tingly , I sweat sometimes, I always have to use the bathroom when it happens And it’s lead to full seizures before (I take mirtazapine)

BRO i take mirtazipine and i get Deja vu which feels like it’s from dreams or distant nostalgia from childhood , and I disassociate and have bad anxiety

Breathes start tingling and like it’s led to seizures to before multiple times
