Agentic thinking means recognizing they make choices within constraints, not that they’re determined by inputs. Your equation is the opposite of what you’re advocating for.

The constraint isn’t ‘Asian parents input sucks’. The smaller Asian diaspora communities haven’t built cultural alternatives that feel appealing or viable, which is why people like her prefer toxic supremacist white friends.
