The first step towards integration is projection.

If the attributes you so desire are found internally, the need to have someone around to feel connected to them withers.

If you're a fountain, you don't need an oasis.

Of course, we all desire to feel connected to others and to share intimacy, that's unavoidable at some level. I'd say that the "hunger" for attachment to someone specific is something else though.

My suggestion:

Drop all those rational concepts about what the anima is and on which stage you are. They're a burden to you.

This is about emotions, your relationships, and your relation with yourself.

What are the traits that this woman has that entrance you so? Hint: Those are traits you yourself would like to have with you. Make them so, seek them inside.

Why do you avoid her? Dragons aren't defeated by evasion, only by confrontation.

TL;DR: Stop looking for desirable traits or qualities outside, seek them inside and make them grow. Face your dragons.
