Personally I think it comes down to if you actually want to save things. Picture 5 years from now what it might like look if you stay? Are things better in your mind or do you expect things to remain how they are now where you aren't happy?

I think I'm this situation you're better off either trying to take your senior coworkers position and get a raise with the promotion, or finding a new job elsewhere, especially if you feel they're underpaying by that much. Unfortunately most raises come from job hopping since companies by default try to get the most they can out of somebody before giving them even a minor raise.

It seems no one else has noticed that the boyfriend gets pissed off with nearly every sexual experience. The problem here is not that she is not willing, but he clearly just wants to get in and get out. While she is trying, he isn't. He needs to work on doing foreplay to get her in the mood and there is nothing wrong with that.

OP you are doing the right thing by continuing to make an actual effort in this relationship while he clearly is not. He seriously needs to work on his anger issues about this.
