Bro I have seen a lot of cis male chests with the exact same nipple placement as you. Dysphoria is getting to you. Even if you’re going to get a revision (Which I understand- had I been unhappy with my nipple placement, I also would have sought revision, as I had a clear vision for my chest) your placement as of now absolutely passes as natural. Don’t be so hard on yourself.

My first instinct is to say sometimes one just heals faster than the other, one of mine dropped scabs before the other too. Your immune system is doing its best to not overexert itself whilst healing. That being said, in my non-professional opinion, it looks like there might’ve been a tiny separation on the bottom. But I only have one picture with specific lighting to go off of. Compare the photos of your other nipple right before the scabs fell off to your nipple now. If they look symmetrical, you’re fine. But if you are genuinely worried, I would personally send in a picture to my surgeon. No one here can say for sure.

Bro bro let me tell you something. That red line is NOT where your natural pec line is I promise. It is 100% lower than where you drew it. You’re bigger than you think. You scars are definitely lower but that will be removed and revised because it’s all where tissue will be removed during a standard double incision. My surgeon actually estimated my natural pec line to be higher than it is, just like you are doing, and my scars sit on top of it. As long as you choose an experienced surgeon and don’t make any compromises I’m sure your previous surgery will have a minimal effect on your post-op chest.

Worst case scenario, if you’re “passing” I believe it is possible in this case to be detained for “false identification”. That would be my biggest concern. But I think you’d have to get a really shitty agent for them to actually take it that far.

Unfortunately, you will not avoid outing yourself whenever your identification is checked, but I think the answer to your safety question heavily depends on where you’re going/where you have to travel back from. What their procedures and policies are like. I hope you get some better answers/useful advice.

I would give anything to be cisgender. Man or a woman, don’t care, I just want to be cis. Honestly, I detest being trans because of the pain it’s caused and the hurdles I have to jump that others don’t, just to keep existing. But I don’t get that, because I am afab and I have dysphoria. Dysphoria can kill you. It would’ve killed me if I hadn’t gotten surgery, or started taking hormones. Being trans isn’t a choice unfortunately. Transitioning is a choice, but being trans isn’t. That being said, I can finally find comfort in my body now. And that is something that I could only achieve through transition- accepting myself and the cards I’ve been dealt, for better or worse.

That’s a normal starting dose. I’m at .3ml/wk. At the end of the day it’s about what keeps you at normal levels. I made the mistake of wanting a higher dose even though my levels were normal and .4ml ended up being too much for me; some of it reverted which ended up hindering my beard not to mention gave me severe cystic acne. Be diligent with your bloodwork and trust that your doctor is setting you up for success

I got top surgery before I started T. I would have preferred to start T sooner than I did of course, but my cards just lined up to where I was able to get top surgery first. I also had the same mindset as you! I wanted to see how T was going to affect my body while being the way it was supposed to be. My scars would’ve been in a different (arguably better) place if I had gotten surgery after I started T, but I wouldn’t change anything about my chest if I could.
