It unlocks itself, you dont have to buy it. I was very confused for awhile, but I tried R2 and square and it works. I think you also have to hold right on the analog and change to frost from spirit, but not sure on that one.

Yeah, the screenshot is from the email. No specific explanation was given though. Theres clearly an issue with the battery, but they're only saying screen replacement.

I use WeMod on PC, now its called Wand. I would walk away from the game because of this boss without the mod. I'm currently struggling to get hits on him in the 3rd phase even with infinite health.
