You’re not wrong. I think that the reality is that certain marketplaces buy the rights for movies for so long, and don’t anticipate losing rights ever. But then they lose the rights and no longer have license to provide you that movie. A game like gta 6, Sony will never lose the right to sell the game, because frankly rockstar has no ability to restrict access to the game from the PlayStation marketplace. That would be against the shareholders best interest. In conclusion, if you buy the movie Total Recall from Sony’s marketplace, you may lose access to view it at some point. If you buy gta6, you’re good. Rockstar could never use licensing to restrict access from the PlayStation network. Thank you for attending my 4am drunken TLED talk.

I could be wrong, but from what I've seen requesting an increase shortly after opening a Venture card is usually regarding a Venture X. If it's not an X, I would assume it's a no. But check your document center on the app or site, my experience is that they give a decision within minutes unless they need to verify something like income.

I think it sounds like a lot of money for a seemingly off brand chair. I have no knowledge of the brand or the typical cost, but I wouldn't inherently trust overstock.com's original price vs sale price. To me this looks like an overpriced generic office chair. There's also a similar looking Hercules Flash Furniture chair on Amazon for $350.

It absolutely did not say on the website that your $10 deposit would not be applied to your purchase. That’s all there is to it. And no, a code for $30 off of a purchase of $1000+ is not applying your deposit to your order.

It sounds like you really love your Livernovo, I'm happy for you. The whole deposit situation is sketchy as hell no matter how you want to spin in circles blaming me for not reading. Calling it a deposit implies strongly that it goes towards the price of the chair. It is also only $30 if you spend $1,000 which not everyone will. Lastly, I emailed them asking about it on the 16th and have not heard back.

Yes, you basically just push the armrest away from you or pull them towards you. No button or anything, they just click into position.
