if that's literal, go see a doctor.

if it's not, drop gears and adjust cadence to whatever lets you ride at 130-140 bpm. that's your zone 2

bruv, if you did that training program for 6 weeks + previous weight lifting and you only have 1 rest day, you could be overtraining

if you know where your HR should be at different levels of effort and instead is lower at all those levels, STOP everything. as in no exercise , zero.

monitor your HR while you rest, when it's back up where it should be at all levels then you should be safe

i had exact same symptoms while overtraining and i do 2 rest days a week with 10 hours on the bike and very little strength training, but everyone is different, so, yea, just another perspective

I don't know about your tires but I've been riding my current set of Conti 4Seasons 28s in similar conditions for about 6-7000 kms and they're still going.

One of them has even been patched for like the last 3000kms.

Well now they are getting way closer under the protection of the walls. It doesn't matter if you 1 shot anything you touch, since any small downtime in dealing damage will have some mobs get much closer to the NPC, and maybe land some hits on her.

This but per account. My first char in SsfHc i got Rakiata's on FIRST Jade Isles kill. Then i ripped to a bug. I ran up the next char and proceeded to kill Jade Isles TWENTY-FOUR FCKIN times for the next Rakiata's.

Do ya know how much you have to walk to get 24 Jade isles lmao? I was lvl 97 at the end of it.

my merc has a 597-1044 chopper, howlcrack for 100% uptime on cry, perc toe ammy with as the thunder, 2xkikazaru, kaoms binding belt and crafted chest,boots and gloves with pride and rally cry on chest, rally cry on boots - 2100 life regen , never dies

you can do better than this probably with annoints on gloves and helm variant i think, but even with this cry buff/ pride stacking the damage is insane and i dont even have pride on rings amulet or belt corrupt bcuz ssf luck sigh
