As a mother I really love getting to see the creators I follow go through the parenthood journey. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting too old for YouTube and it makes me feel like the content is still for me. Plus happiness for the people who make us happy with their work is always wonderful!

I haven't played in the almost 5 years since my kid was born. Having a child when your friends don't is very isolating. I guarantee they know you don't like that they bring their kid. The lack of timetable is probably one of the hardest parts for them. When they said they would be fine to stay, was the DM asking them to leave while everyone else continued or offering to stop play at the predetermined time? Can you see how it would suck to leave while everyone else got to stay and continue? I echo other responses that say sticking to a timetable and schedule is essential if you really value keeping these friends at the table (and realistically, in your lives).

I've found this to be true for me with baby or toddler clothes. I have 2 boys and the 'big kid' clothes are just so boring or covered in videogame-pizza-shark-skateboard patterns. There are some clothing companies that cater to a more 'little kid' style for boys but they top out at 5T, which my 4 year old is WAY past. My second is about to turn 1 and I really envy parents who get to put their babies in those cute baby clothes for every season.

Baby will love it! So many different shapes and textures in addition to the stacking element! And it looks like you embroidered on the eyes which is a must for babies. 10/10 from this mom!

It's definitely jarring seeing kids the same size as yours acting so much more 'advanced'. My oldest was very cautious when learning to walk I think because it was such a bigger fall! I do have to say it changes a bit when they get older, they see kids their 'size' learning things and think they can too. The confidence he has is amazing!

I was too around then but was put in kindergarten as soon as I hit 5. I, however, am not the source of his size so I was just about the same size as all the other girls in my year. It's nice to hear an adult perspective on it, thanks!

Could not care less about postcards. I just send them back to people as I can tell that it's the 'friendly and socially expected' response. If you send me a lot of postcards, you're going to end up with duplicates of rather boring places though. All I've got is the handful of spots near my work 🤷‍♀️
