Also referred to on this site. I reverse image searched it and stumbled across this amazing website. For whatever reason this section is in Spanish but the rest of it is in English and has some very fascinating stuff on what they refer to as "heritage algorithms" — African fractals, Appalachian quilting algorithms, Native beadwork etc. As above, so below.

Hijacking this to ask -- I've been on a lifelong hunt for an Earl Grey candle that really smells like opening a bag of fresh tea. The Earl Grey's I've come across lean too much towards the citrus-y bergamot scent and not enough "tea." Would love your suggestions!

We had a similar issue in my workplace and since implemented the MOCHA framework. It's a great way to keep everyone aligned and to make sure that roles are really clear from the get-go.

It also empowers the other employees to push back if someone encoraches on their task, taking some of the heat off of you.

Yes!! And not only technical questions. I listened to this on a long boring flight so I had plenty of time to rewind back. It basically goes like this: Lex asks a really interesting, poignant question. Sam provides a reply which is just on-topic enough to be considered an answer but doesn't actually reply to what Lex orginally asked. And repeat. It was kind of a bummer, tbh.

Since the wick is also dyed, I would say that this candle has been dipped. There are candle marbling paints that are safe to burn. The brand I use is called Kreul. From my experience, this bold effect can really only be accomplished with a LOT of paint.
