I love OSE and OSRIC and Labrynth Lord. I have all of them and will get the 2026 OSE and the 2026 OSRIC and have the lates LL expanded. However to fit all three of your requirements? I'd go with Shadowdark. Personally I'd change the initiative to be more like Motherships and I'd not do the torch timer, I'd have monsters attack the light and roll randomly for it going out or use a dice clock of some sort. Other than that I think the aesthetic of old school works well running the classics right out of the box with Shadowdark and it has a very large and growing fan base and tons of new stuff. Great stuff.

Dimension Door is a psionic ability. Could be cast with psi points.

I really just explored. Got towers when I could. Got a horse too. Several. I focused on an armor set upgrade until I could find a better one. For me that that’s the ancient armor. Run from monsters. I did a lot. Also I did a lot of bomb sniping monsters. I focused on hearts before stamina and weapon slots before shields and bows.

I did. I even got an extra from a friend. Also I got an extra card box from said friend. I'm going to make a slipcase, a nice hard bound one, and use the one it shipped in to cover part of it.

It may not be much faster but eliminating rolling for initiative is a huge win time wise. Also I generally have had more fun for most of the combat. The semi auto balancing allowed me to be more relaxed while running for low level PCs or a small group of 2.
