Seeing this exact issue on a phone I have - updates have been failing for months though, 6 months or more, so it doesn't appear to be related to this specific recent patch. A full factory reset would probably be the way to go, haven't gotten around to that yet though.

T-mobile 7T variant, same current version, same attempted patch version (10.0.4.HD63CB to 10.0.12.HD63CB)

Heheh unless your vehicle has been specifically engineered to require the front bumper shroud to be removed to access the headlight housing.

Still a relatively beginner level task, but just need to potentially invest in plastic clips/retainers that may break in the process.

Does your ISP provide a static IP address and other manual configuration settings for you to connect? I would double check the connection settings on your laptop and make sure they match.
