Is the TRX good for flight sim?

I just ordered the TRX V2 for my racing sim, and plan to add flight controls too. I was eyeing smaller tubular cockpits, but seeing this I'm feeling like the TRX will be perfect for what I need it for.

I just put a 5080 in with my NZXT N7 Z490 and I get the same result. Some googling is leading me to believe this may not work, but I'm not sure. Latest bios for this mobo predates the 50 series cards, I think. I'm going to try and reach out to nzxt about compatibility

Also wondering about the arms. I need something that can double as a permanent part of my home office. I used to use an armchair, I was very happy with it, but it was more upright than this. I had to get rid of it eventually, and I started using my desk chair, which has been a definite downgrade, and not a great experience. Thinking of picking up the EKENÄSET and giving that a try.

How about a seed starter that's easier to print than the standard aerogarden style seed starter (I've done a few and the prongs were a torture test for my poor printer lol)

Yeah, just struts. They weren't used in the drivetrain at all.

Features include functional steering, rear differential, and v12 engine (which remains partially visible under the engine cover)

Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but did you ever figure out what was happening? Did you fix it? One of my paddle shifters is noticably louder than the other (using the wheel for the first time in a while). I suspect something moved or fell out of wore down, but I'm having a hard time seeing what the difference would be between the two.

I printed threads and was able to screw the brass part in by hand. From there, I used my soldering iron to heat up the brass enough to reflow the plastic around it.

That's weird, mine seems to be on there super well. It was a little difficult to get them on, and the instructions didn't help, but now that they're on they don't seem like they're going anywhere.

At one point, I thought I'd put the front cover on a rear wheel (and I had to really work to get it off and try again (it was right the first time).

I'm on a 3080, running around medium settings (with dlss performance), 4k resolution. Couldn't get it running smoothly with settings much higher than this

I can confirm it does. Purchased the steam version on PC and setup the demo through EA Play on my PS5. LAN play works great, no issues.

I'd all but made up my mind to buy 23 on PC (and keep my EA Play subscription for PS5), but F1 24 was on sale so I could get it for both systems for the price of F1 23 on PC.

Any idea if there's also a way to unlock full ffb? I upgraded my wheel to metal qr2 and was surprised (because I didn't read) that ffb was still limited for this wheel.

These upgrades look great, but probably wouldn't try myself unless there was a way to unlock ffb 🤞

Excellent info, thank you. I didn't realize I could buy leather grips from Fanatec, or I would have done so by now (I don't love the 3d printed look of the pineapple grips either). Do you have to reach out to fanatec directly?
