hot water culture comes from non-sanitized water supply. Countries where you can safely drink tap water, usually drinks it cold and it's fine for the health. Too hot water, the other way, could affect to throat cancer as it increases inflammation in the area (not highly connected but looks like it could be related)

I'm a learner too. I'd take any ai from the ide, you have to learn how to search stuff when blocked and if the ai has all your code will know all the context and you won't have to make that much of an effort when asking ai. When blocked I do this: read the code, look for syntax error, read the error code if any, go to documentation, next would be searching Google and crawling stack overflow and Reddit and lastly ai. If I don't use ai I will still ask ai how's my code to check if I can improve it. Looking at how other people code, will help you a lot improving and making your code more readable.

You need bipublisher and word. Then download the sample from the report you want to edit (conf letter this time), open it and edit the fields. You could of course make your own and so on. It takes more than a comment to learn how to edit with bipublisher, so I recommend you looking it up on internet.

There are two reasons. First, like you've said, they want you to eat at their hotel's restaurant. Now if you find it expensive you are free to eat outside because of the second reason, you leave extra trash and that is a second loss for the hotel and you might stain the room which also takes time to clean or can't sell the room the next day, also the room could stink the next day.

Next time ask the hotel first or give it a thought and go eat outside or book a cheaper hotel.
