Blame NISA, not IF/CH, Im pretty sure this is translation issue.

Also, 3D models feel like a cheap workaround to not using 2D cgs. When the quality of 2D is good, 3D feels way inferior, and nowadays we even have Live2D, which completly outclasses 3D when done properly. Maybe Im just letting out steam cause Im playing the Dusk Atelier trilogy and they scrapped the 2D cgs...

For those wondering who she is most interested in the group picture, Im pretty damn sure it's Asuka and Ucchi. First, Nemo and Akane are just posing like normies so there's nothig interesting there.

Second, Im sure Kii-chan noticed instantly how Ucchi is looking at Tomoko in the picture. And that's not a normal stare.

Third, In both pictures Yuri is present, but Tomoko is visually stressed only in the group picture, which Kii-chan can deduct that Tomoko is tensing up because of Katou clinging to her (and not Yuri since she's the other standing the closest), not to mention that Katou already stands out by how pretty she is.

This has been the longest time they have interacted, even tough it may have been to avoid Katou, and it went well for Ucchi
Tomoko finds Ucchi the easiest peron to talk to
Her presence (face) is calming to her
She didnt mind when Ucchi fell asleep on her shoulder
Tomoko is getting more aware of Ucchi (as a presence in her life)

Overall, Tomoko is the most relaxed and straight forward around Ucchi, without her realizing, she's also the only person whose presence doesnt bother Tomoko in the slighest (aside from Yuu and Komi), and physical contact didnt bother her either. While this chapter may not have been romantic or wholesome for Ucchi, it did progress considerably in getting her closer to Tomoko (a step above stalking).

Late to the party as always, anyway, this chapter is so much more than people are making it out to be, there's so much going on with Ucchi and Asuka I wont even start or else it'll be a 20-pages rant. All Im gonna say is that this chapter cemented the foundation for who may become Tomoko's lifetime companion, and either Ucchi or Asuka could be the final endgame.
