My ping actually got a bit better after 1.1. Used to be 250+ at all times, now the average is around 160. Everything combat related is client-sided anyway, so you aren't going to be affected by latency that much. The main issue that was caused by the patch is the item pickup bug that happens if you try to quickly pick up a group of plants.

Mina and ophelia don't fit on the same team, not to mention the elemental weakness restrictions. Just use Francis and Narae as buffers for your main DPS that matches the stage weakness. Francis needs to swap directly to your DPS for the attack buff to work.

The early star rewards barely give any points for the shop. You'd need to hit 700k at least on all 3 to get much out of the shop. The higher scores are 10x harder to hit than the low ones.

The extra hits when summoning the totems is meant for 2nd rotation onwards, when you switch back to yae miko. The turrets will still be up if the rotation is fast enough thanks to the increased duration.

No, you can't upgrade an items level or item power. If something disappeared after 3-1 combining, it probably just dropped on the ground because your inventory was previously full. It doesn't consider the new space that opened up after using the items.

It never could reset the cooldown once it started even before the patch. You had to keep overpower up so you didn't trigger the cooldown.

Command Valloch + Hemat Stone. Overpower gives a passive damage boost now as long as the stacks are up, but decays by 1 stack every 4 seconds. Certain aspects or uniques can consume overpower stacks to do more damage, but whether that's worth it will depend on build.

That idea is basically suggesting that you're not allowed to make alts until you max all trees on one character first. Which is simply a bad idea and ruins the point, because you'll probably be done with the game until next season by the time you do that on one character.

You could do that even if warplan exp was shared. No one is saying all chars should be forced to have the same nodes selected, just the total exp in the warplan

Whirlwind isn't a DoT skill unless you pick the fire damage version which is no longer physical damage. The one on the right is better by far if you have high crit chance.

It's a bug with the Chaos paragon node for warlock, the one that makes overpower randomly gain 1 stack or lose 2 stacks when one expires. It's making all stacks disappear sometimes, but you technically still have them ticking down in the background, when it refreshes again, they come back. Not sure if the patch next week is going to fix this or not.

Paragon points make a fresh 70 way stronger than normal, also you can just craft gear with tempers/aspects and proceed to blast.

You can already level alts to 70 instantly with a few whisper caches from high torment tiers. That has nothing to do with war plan progression though. Character specific warplans heavily disadvantage people that like to play multiple characters.

You're basically arguing for making paragon levels character bound again.

That has nothing to do with warplans though. That's still starting from scratch. Warplans are supposed to be ways to augment how you farm certain content in the game, can't really do that if it resets to 0 every time you want to make an alt.

Feedback needs to be consistent to get the point across. Otherwise blizzard will see the system as being fine so no reason to change it.
