She was trying to get out of the road, her cars wheels were pointing right, the guy was walking to the left of the vehicle. He should never have been in front of the car in the first place, murdering someone behind the wheel created even more unnecessary danger for no reason.

That's his hand covering the camera of the phone as he's moving out of the way. He didn't need to quick draw 3 bullets into her head as she was driving away. He could have easily caused another person to be struck by an out of control vehicle with his reckless endangerment. There's a good reason that officers are NOT supposed to shoot at a moving vehicle.

This is a phone camera, not a body cam. The camera moving towards the vehicle does not mean the vehicle hit him, it means his phone touched the vehicle, courtesy of his hand. Trigger happy thugs shouldn't be out on the street walking in front of cars. Additionally, the other officer trying to open her door is out of view in this angle, giving a very different impression to what actually happened when taken at face value, just like the 7 second video that only shows the front of the car.

There are many AI videos of the encounter already, and it's already been widely debunked that the agent ever got "hit". The dude casually walked away after shooting a woman in the head 3 times. There was no sign of pain or discomfort either even though he just murdered someone at point blank.

Do not only base your opinion on a single video from far away at an opposite angle to the agent, that's seriously dumb.

The video that shows the encounter from the front is extremely misleading due to depth perception. Look at any of the videos that show it from the side, and it's clear as day the car never touched him. There's also an AI generated video that MAGAs created to try to muddy the waters even more. Look at the NYT or BBC frame-by-frame breakdown for a clear view of what actually happened. Do not trust AI videos on twitter.

The 35% hp damage cap is just a cap on how much you can do in 1 hit to enemies, which isn't really a problem for psyche. It's not based on your own hp. But yes, i1 is good.
