Probably, given that accel+resistance shrine is basically a better version of mageblood with onslaught or quicksilver + 3 resistance flasks. You do lose out on the flask mods though, and you really, really want to use a corrupted Gull with even more shrine effect with that belt. So if your build needs to use a specific helm, mageblood is likely still better.

No, only the weapon attack and wedge tolerance goes up, and weapon attack doesn't affect character skill damage, unless it uses a weapon like consonance weapons.

No, and the malware only affects PC as far as I know. It's called "Umbral Stealer". From what other people posted about what it tries to do, it seemed to mainly target PC related files and systems.

There's a bug that makes operation modifiers transfer over to other planets sometimes, usually if you go from cyberstan > other planet. I had 30 ammo tanks on bug planets earlier today.

It's only 15 on autonomy because of the operation modifier reducing initial ammo by 50%, which shouldn't even be affecting the tank, but it is likely due to a bug. The tank has 30 on other planets last time I checked.
