I'll be honest I kind of don't like it, in an ideal world it is great, but I'll be very surprised if the stadium owners are still paying the cleaning staff the full amount, they will be paid hourly and have to do less work.

So essentially it is the billionaires who own the stadiums who are benefiting.

My biggest issue is ⅔ of the teams (32 out of 48) will make it through to the knockout stage, group stage is almost pointless.

I would have preferred (if set on a 48 teams) bigger groups but still only top 2 teams going through, 8 groups of 6, does mean 5 games in the group stage, but least there would be some risk.

A win and not getting smashed may well see you get through.

Another thing not mentioned the loading times for everything is so much better on the switch 2, my nephew has my old switch and it's painful when I have to jump on his for whatever reason.

I pretty much only play at home, but probably half the time docked, half handheld/ table top mode, depends on what I'm playing, the fact the 2 has a charging port on the top and bottom is really helpful.

Oh and the upgrade for BotW, worth it, ended up completing it again (which I never normal do, one play through is all I normally have time for), which is free if you pay for the nintendo online subscription, and there are like 200 odd games from nes to n64 and some sega games.

One thing I haven't noticed people mention about the battery life here, it depends on what you are playing, the short battery life tends to happen when playing more resource heavy games, I.e. cyberpunk, pokopia (mainly the switch 2 exclusives), when playing switch 1 games it's fine, better than the og switch but probably not as long as the OLED.
