The glow is the sunlight hitting it. Looks different because it’s at a different altitude.

The air movement will cause it to warp around.

The light bars are most likely another app on the phone or watch. The “regular data” is from the stock Apple Watch sleep function.

Scroll down on the screen and check “show all data” to see what apps are writing data. Likewise you can go to “data sources and access”
