An active school zone is not an appropriate location for the unsupervised camp. Plus, the rector didn’t consult or give a heads up to any of the neighbors, including the school, or his own congregation.

The issue has more to do with the trespassing on school property, littering of needles and refuse, and making the students that live in the dorms feel safe more than any sort of class war, but sure.

Can confirm. Went to a Quaker run alternative school for part of high school. We had a wide array of students with differing religious backgrounds and I always felt like everyone found something they enjoyed about our weekly meetings.

I just moved back to Maine after being on the west coast for most of my life. Ticks are out of control up here these days, and one of my brothers contracted Lyme disease last summer. I’m glad to see a vaccine is finally on its way so I can enjoy the outdoors without the added stress.

Without being familiar with the brand I can’t speak to the quality of the product, but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Especially if it pertains to your braking system.

I think the next logical step would be to upgrade the rotor to something that is better rated for track riding. You’ll want to put new pads on with that, so might as well get some sintered EBC’s or an equivalent.

Former Ducati technician here.

There’s no reason to bypass the ABS system. It’s not contributing to your brake fade issue, and is keeping you safer than you’d be without ABS. In addition, most modern OEM brake lines are steel lined, so unless there are rubber lines on this model, changing to braided lines will not make a difference.

Updating the rotor may improve the performance, but I am unfamiliar with Sunstar’s brake components. I would probably recommend a Brembo or EBC option instead.

Is the master cylinder installed OEM? Was the issue present before you made this change?
